| Rental Equipment: | When service has been disconnected due to non-payment, all rental equipment must be returned to Handy Page. If equipment is not returned within 10 days of disconnection, equipment value and collection charges will be added to your account. The account will then be forwarded to a collection agency |
| NSF/Returned Items: | All returned items will be charged $25.00 if the item is cleared within a reasonable amount of time. An additional $25.00 will be added if the item is forwarded to the collection agency |

If there is no repair form or paper saying the reason it wasshipped, then: The pager if ours, will be kept until we hear
from you. The pager if yours will be sent back with no
repair done.
If the pagers cap code has worn off, please enclose the
cap code #, the serial #, and the phone #.
When calling on status, Please refer to the tag number
(assigned by us), Pager number, or Serial number

- Call pager and press"0" during the welcome prompt.
- Press "1" to retrieve saved messages.
- After hearing each message and its time to stamp:
- press "3" to erase,
- "5" to keep message,
- "7" to play message again,
- "8" to hear the time the message was received.
- The system will inform you there are no more messages.

Most common problems on the pagers are due to the battery.
Test the pager with a new alkaline battery only.
Most common problems occurring due to low battery are:
When the pager does NOT RECEIVE a message.
When the LIGHT does not function.
When the VIBRATOR does not function.
When the #'s are mixed with letters or shows ERROR.
When the OUT OF RANGE indicator is on (if N/A).
