When shipping:
Turn pager off before shipping
Pack pager in a secure box, Do not ship in an envelope
ENCLOSE A COMPLETED SINGLE OR MULTIPLE
REPAIR FORM IN THE BOX
If there is no repair form or paper saying the reason it wasshipped, then: The pager if ours, will be kept until we hear
from you. The pager if yours will be sent back with no
repair done.
If the pagers cap code has worn off, please enclose the
cap code #, the serial #, and the phone #.
When calling on status, Please refer to the tag number
(assigned by us), Pager number, or Serial number
